Die Cutting is a very cost effective option for cutting medium to large runs of parts to finished size. We have a large selection of in house tools in many common sizes, or can custom make a tool to fit your specifications. This process does require tooling charges when not using an existing tool. For small runs where the tool cost is an issue, we offer Laser Cutting as an alternative that does not require any tooling.

Our 60 Ton capacity press can handle a maximum sheet size of 30” x 38” on a variety of substrates. Typical tolerances are plus or minus .010 for Overlay Applications.
