We primarily use the Adobe Creative Suite to process all files, and can accept native format files from any application in the suite. If files are prepared in other formats, include the original file as well as a copy in EPS, or press ready PDF format. We prefer files in Adobe Illustrator format.

If your artwork includes images, please save your images to at least 300 dpi at the finished size for optimal quality. When using linked images, remember to supply your linked image files. We prefer fonts to be outlined to avoid font issues. Images intended for web sites are low-resolution and are not acceptable for printing.

CAD format files can usually be imported, but some features are unsupported by our software. In many cases the files will require significant clean up prior to printing. We have best success with DXF, or DWG formats, but support is usually better for the earlier versions of these formats. It is best to supply a dimensioned hardcopy, fax or PDF file as a reference to help catch conversion errors. Text often loses it's font, and may change location when imported. All font names and sizes should be specified if critical.

Office Suite and Word Processor files are not useable artwork and will require additional labor for clean up. We will always try our best to make your files usable for printing.
