Electronic files may be transferred via e-mail, or FTP server. We prefer e-mail for smaller files. We recommend compressing files in zip format to reduce transfer times, and ensure file integrety. Some e-mail systems will corrupt Adobe Illustrator files during transfer, compressing the files prevents this corruption.

Our e-mail system will accept files up to 15Mb in size, your e-mail system may enforce a lower limit. Files too large to e-mail will need to be uploaded to our FTP server.

Our FTP server does not allow annonomyous logins for security reasons, please contact your sales rep for the username and password. All incoming files must be saved in the upload directory, All other directories are read only.

If you are sending multiple files, or directories full of files, please compress them into a zip file prior to uploading. After uploading files to our FTP server, please send us an e-mail including the names of the files uploaded, and contact information so we know which files belong to your job.

If you do not have a FTP utility, the following free open source utilities work well.
