Shipping

Our standard shipping service is FedEx Ground. If you need it in a hurry, we also offer FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2-day, FedEx Standard, FedEx Priority and USPS Priority. If you prefer another carrier, we would be happy to ship on your account. Just give us a call! 925-243-1720.

If you would like to use your own shipping account to pay for your shipping charges, choose 'ship on account' and enter your shippers account number when checking out.

Delivery

  • FedEx Priority Overnight provides delivery by 10:30 the next working day.
  • FedEx Priority Overnight provides delivery by 8:00 – 8:30 the next working day.
  • FedEx 2-day provides delivery by 4:30 pm 2 business days from shipment date.
  • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery provides delivery 1-5 business days dependent on your ship to location.
  • Ms. Carita is based out of Livermore, CA. Ground shipments to the east coast generally takes 5 business days to arrive at that location.

Delivery time is a more accurate date based on:

  • Lead time
  • Ship method chosen during checkout
  • Ship to location/Zip code
  • Delivery time can change if your order is subsequently put on credit hold or awaiting a proof approval
  • You will be able to see these if you check your order online in the Order History tab within your My Account page.

Returns

Customers may return or exchange any stock items that are in original condition and complete or if there is a product failure under normal conditions. Failure to inspect goods within 7 working days of receipt of goods by the buyer constitutes acceptance of goods. You can choose to have your credit applied to an open invoice, be refunded by your original payment method or left on your account for future purchases. Requests for refund checks are processed within 10 business days. Credits to invoices and credit cards are processed twice weekly.
