Online Sales 15-Day Return Policy
At Ms. Carita, Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving them.
- Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Download our Return Request Form and fill out the form completely.
- Contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of receiving your order and send the completed Return Request Form as an attachment. Provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the items securely, along with a copy of the original packing slip or invoice.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Support team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If product is defective, a member of our Customer Support Team will provide a shipping label to you as defective products are not subject to a shipping return cost or restocking fee.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs and restocking fee. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Items returned without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
- If the returned items are not in their original condition or packaging, a 10% restocking fee may apply.
- Defective products are not subject to a 10% restocking fee or shipping return cost.
- Custom or personalized items that are defective or damaged will be replaced or refunded.
